Spiderman Stretch

Start in push-up position. Get into a straight leg lunge position by bringing one foot forward, placed outside of hand. Lift the left hand to the ceiling and open the chest, stretching until the chest is parallel to the wall. Hold 3-5 sec. Repeat, alternating sides 5-10x. (If your hip flexors are too tight to place your foot next to your hand, elevate your hand on a block or step.)
