Sumo Squat, Lateral Lunge with Tilt

Drop into deep Sumo squat, arms or elbows pressing knees open, chest lifted. Extend one leg to side, reach arms straight up and arc arms over toward extended side until stretch in inner thigh. Return to Sumo squat. Repeat on other side. 10x.
