Lunging Rainbow

Step into a lunge position with the back knee bent, just shy of touching the ground, reach both hands straight up, then curve and arc them over the side of the lead leg (in a rainbow shape) until stretch in the opposite hip. Hold 3-5 sec. Pull yourself up with lead leg to balance on one leg. Lunge on opposite leg and repeat, 10x, alternating sides.
