1 packet chicken bouillon
(We used Herb ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon.)

1 tsp. cornstarch


1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. lime juice


This Cream of Broccoli Soup boasts the perfect blend of flavors and rich creaminess, minus the guilt. Made with low-fat butter, fat-free milk, and cottage cheese, this luscious soup pairs aromatic onions, garlic, and nutmeg with vibrant broccoli florets. A hint of Worcestershire sauce gives it that extra layer of depth.

1. Melt 2 of the tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat.
