Love dessert but hate the guilt? These Apple Cinnamon Air Fryer Bites with sugar-free caramel topping are the perfect solution AND they're meal-prep friendly.
The whipped caramel topping stays fresh in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
The cinnamon spice mix lasts over a year in an airtight container.
Just slice fresh apples whenever the craving hits.
This sweet treat is ready in about 10 minutes when the prep work is done ahead. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something warm and comforting without derailing your healthy habits.
1. In the Cool Whip tub, whisk together the Zero Sugar Cool Whip and caramel sauce until smooth and fully incorporated. This allows you to seal it with the lid it came with. Refrigerate until serving.

2. In a separate bowl, combine Splenda, allulose and cinnamon.

3. Core apples and cut into wedges. Keep the skin on.

4. Toss apple slices in the cinnamon-spice mixture until evenly coated.

5. Arrange apple slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket.

6. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, for 8-10 minutes, checking at the 8 minute mark to see how they're doing.

7. Each serving is one apple with half a cup of the chilled caramel whipped topping.
