1 Tbsp. allulose sweetener

This protein shake is, caramel-sweet and loaded with as much coffee kick as you can handle. Use one scoop of instant espresso for a smooth morning vibe, or push it to three if you mean business.

Salted Caramel and Coffee Protein Shake

1. Mix the coffee and water together. Add more or less espresso powder depending on how strong you want it.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, until smooth and extra fluffy.

3. Serve immediately for a super airy, frothy shake (yields about 7 cups per serving).

4. For a denser shake, refrigerate and let the bubbles settle before drinking (yields about 2 1/2 cups per serving).
