1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the spices and powders.

2. Transfer to an airtight container or Mason jar for storage. A container with a wide mouth makes scooping easier.

3. To prepare: Add 5 tablespoons of the mix to a large mug and pour in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir vigorously until completely dissolved.

4. For an iced version, mix with 1 cup hot water to dissolve, then add ice and cold water.

5. Add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer for an elegant presentation and extra flavor.

6. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months at room temperature.
