1 cup water

4 ice cubes

1/2 cup no sugar added vanilla ice cream

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.)

1 whole kiwi (About 3.2 oz.), peeled and sliced

1 packet, individual serving lemon or lime flavored crystal light

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 or 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined.

2. Drink up.
