Ingredients
1 medium (4 oz.) heated sweet potato, peeled
1/2 a medium banana (2.1 oz.)
1 container (6 oz.) fat free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 to 3 Tbsp. Stevia or Splenda (to taste)
5 ice cubes
1. Peel the sweet potato and put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes, until it's tender. Then cut the sweet potato up and put it in the blender.
2. Put the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 to 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined.
3. Enjoy half. Cover the remaining half and keep in the fridge for the next day.
