1 cup fat free mik

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor.)

1 Tbsp. natural creamy peanut butter

1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
(We used Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder.)

2 Tbsp. Splenda or Stevia (To taste.)

4 ice cubes (1/2 cup)


2 Tbsp. Fat Free Whipped Cream
(We used Reddi Wip Fat Free.)

The whipped cream is optional. It only adds 5 calories but makes drinking it a lot more fun. The sugar is higher in this shake, making it an ideal drink AFTER a workout.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix, about 1 to 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined.
