Ingredients


1 cup fat free milk
(We used Lactaid lactose free milk.)

1/4 tsp. raspberry extract

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Powder.)

1/2 tsp. Raspberry flavored Sugar Free Jell-O
(A .30 oz. package has 2 tsp.)

2 Tbsp. Splenda or Stevia
(We used the Splenda package that measures cup-for-cup like sugar.)

1/2 cup of ice cubes


1. Pour the liquids into a blender, then the powders and blend for 10 seconds. Add the ice and blend again until the ice is crushed, about 20 seconds.

Yield: 1 Serving
