2 pounds 93% lean ground beef

1 cup celery, chopped

1 bell pepper (green, red or yellow), finely chopped

2 cups onion, chopped


1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed tomato soup

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
