4 Tbsp. (2 ounces) lowfat cream cheese, at room temperature

1 Tbsp. fat free plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp. sliced fresh chives

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

2 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread

1/3 cup thinly sliced English cucumber


Mix together lowfat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh chives, dill, and cracked pepper until it’s smooth and herby. Spread that creamy blend thickly on whole-wheat bread, then pile high with crisp slices of English cucumber. Sandwich it all together for a cool, crunchy, and seriously satisfying snack or lunch.
