Ingredients
2 large hard boiled eggs
2 slices whole wheat bread
(We used Dave's Killer Bread Thin-Sliced Good Seed bread that is 70 calories per slice.)
1/2 cup mashed avocado
2 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
Healthy fats, quality protein and complex carbs all on one slice of toast. Breakfast doesn't need to be complicated to be good fuel.
1. Hard boil the eggs: Place 2 large eggs in a pot with 4 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 12–14 minutes, then transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes. Peel, chop, and set aside.
(We use a color changing egg timer for best results.)






2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Then scoop out the filling and put it in a bowl.

3. Toast the 2 slices of bread.

4. Split the avocado between the two slices, spreading it evenly on each piece.

5. Split the eggs between the two slices of bread.

6. Top each slice with one teaspoon of Everything Bagel seasoning and eat.
