Ingredients
1 large whole egg
3 large egg whites
1 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
2 slices deli ham, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. green onions (scallions), sliced
olive oil spray
Level up your morning eggs with this Korean inspired gochujang ham scramble. Creamy, spicy, and loaded with protein. It's ready in minutes.
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the whole egg, egg whites, heavy cream, and gochujang until smooth.


2. Cut the ham into small pieces and slice the green onions; set both aside.

3. Lightly coat a nonstick frying pan with olive oil spray and warm over medium heat.
4. Add the ham and egg mixture to the pan. Cook over medium heat, gently stirring and scraping the bottom, until the eggs are softly scrambled and just set.

5. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with green onions, and serve immediately.
