Ingredients
1 container (32 oz.) zero sugar Greek Yogurt
(We used Chobani Zero Sugar Greek Yogurt Vanilla Flavored.)

1 packet (1 oz.) Zero Sugar Jell-O Vanilla

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used Ryse Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Flavor Loaded Protein.)

1 cup cinnamon crunch cereal
(We used Cascadian Farm Organic Cinnamon Crunch Cereal.)

Just tried this incredible recipe from Noah Stephenson and had to share. It's ridiculously simple but packs serious flavor that works perfectly for both breakfast OR dessert.
The creamy protein-packed base topped with crunchy cinnamon cereal gives you that perfect balance of nutrition and indulgence. Takes less than 5 minutes to throw together and satisfies those sweet cravings without the sugar crash.

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and pudding mix until smooth.

2. Add protein powder and whisk until thoroughly combined with no lumps.

3. In a separate bag or bowl, lightly crush the cereal.
4. For each serving: Scoop 1 cup of yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with 1/4 cup crushed cereal just before eating.

Tip: For best texture, add the cereal right before eating to maintain its crunch.
Yield: 4 Servings (About 1 cup per serving.)
