1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 or 2 Tbsp. Splenda or Stevia, as desired
1/4 cup blueberries (or other fruit)
Make this the night before and you'll have no excuse to skip breakfast in the morning. It's already made and portable so you can take it with you.
You do not cook the oatmeal in advance.
1. Mix the oatmeal, yogurt, almond milk and Splenda or stevia together. Put them in a jar with a lid or a bowl that you can cover. Place it in the refrigerator and let it sit for 8 hours or overnight.
2. When you’re ready to eat, stir the oatmeal together and add the blueberries (or other fruit) to the mix.
