Ingredients

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup fat free milk
(We used Fairlife Fat Free Ultra-filtered Milk Lactose Free.)

1 cup cubed or crushed ice

1 tsp. cardamom, ground

3 Tbsp. Splenda

OPTIONAL

2 Tbsp. protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Vanilla Cream Protein Powder.)

This drink was inspired by a traditional Indian shake. You get a lot of protein just from the milk and yogurt, but you can add a little extra powder if you want. The nutritional breakdown of both versions is posted.

1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined. (The protein powder is optional.)

2. This is going to foam up quite a bit as you mix it. It fills two glasses, about 2 1/3 cups per serving, right after blending.

3. Split the mixture between two glasses and enjoy. You can also cover and store them in the refrigerator overnight to enjoy the next day. Just be sure to stir it up before you drink.

Yield: 2 Servings
