(We used FairLife Fat Free Ultra-Filtered Milk.)
1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance Vanilla Cream 100% Whey.)
1 cup Coke Zero or Diet Coke
Think of this as a float, with the ice cream melted. It has an ideal amount of sugar and protein for a post workout shake. Plus it tastes like dessert.
1. Whisk the protein powder into the milk, until thoroughly combined.
2. Slowly stir the Coke Zero or Diet Coke into the milk. Once it's combined, drink immediately.
