1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 medium banana (About 4 oz. with peel removed.)

1/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 Tbsp. Pure PB Powder
(We used Crazy Richard's PURE PB, Pure Pressed Peanuts.)

1 tsp. cinnamon, ground

1 Tbsp. flaxseed, ground

2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder

1 or 2 Tbsp. Splenda, stevia or Swerve (To taste.)

Start the day with some healthy fiber, flaxseed and protein all mixed together into a snickerdoodle flavored smoothie.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 minute, until thoroughly combined.

2. Divide the mixture into two servings. Keep in mind that right after mixing, there will be a lot of air bubbles in it. Because of the bubbles, it will divide into two servings of about 1 cup each. If you let the air bubbles pop, the volume decreases.

Yield: 2 Servings, Serving Size about 1 Cup Each
