1 cup fat free milk

1/4 fresh avocado

1 tsp. fresh ginger

1 scoop protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Powder.)

2 tsp. lime juice

1/2 cup pineapple without juice
(We used Libby's skinny fruits chunk pineapple from a 20 oz. can.)

3 large ice cubes

Splenda or Stevia to taste (If desired.)

We've had several requests for a shake with more healthy natural fats, so when we found one with avocado we gave it a try. The taste is wonderfully rich and creamy. This is a meal replacement if you drink both servings.

1. Combine everything in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Then pour into two serving glasses for an after workout blast or drink it all for a meal replacement.

2. If only drinking half, cover the other half and you can store it overnight in the refrigerator. Make sure to stir it before drinking the following day.
