Ingredients


1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup no sugar added pineapple with juice
(We used Libby's Chunk Pineapple Skinny Fruits.)

4 ice cubes

1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 scoop (1/3 cup) Protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla.)

OPTIONAL

2 Tbsp. Splenda or stevia (To taste.)

This easy to make shake is low-calorie, fiber-filled and bursting with blueberry flavor.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 2 to 3 minutes, until thoroughly combined.
