Ingredients


1 cup coffee

4 Tbsp. pumpkin (pumpkin, not pumpkin pie)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 Tbsp. vanilla whey protein
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream.)

Splenda or Stevia to taste
(We found 2 Tbsp. per serving was nice.)

Optional - 4 Ice Cubes


Every year in October coffee shops roll out this seasonal favorite. The taste is delicious, but it packs 210 calories and 26 grams of sugar in an 8 ounce serving. We remixed it and came up with this tasty but nearly sugar free version.

HOT Version of the Drink

1. Put the first five ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 or 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined. Then add Splenda or stevia to taste.

COLD Version of the Drink

1. Put the coffee in the refrigerator and chill it overnight. When it's cold, pour the first five ingredients and ice cubes in a blender. Mix about 1 or 2 minutes until thoroughly combined. Then add Splenda or stevia to taste.
