Ingredients


1 medium banana, frozen and cut up

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup ice

1/2 a scoop (5 Tbsp.) vanilla protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Cream.)

1 Tbsp. sugar free caramel
(We used Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel.)

1 Tbsp. almond butter

1 pinch of cinnamon, ground

OPTIONAL

1/2 to 1 Tbsp. Stevia, Splenda or Sugar Free Honey to sweeten it up.


The almond butter and banana combine to make this a very rich and satisfying shake.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 or 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined. Add optional sweetener at the end if desired.
