Ingredients


1.5 cups unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

4 ice cubes

1/2 a medium pear (the whole pear was 7 oz.), peeled and chopped

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla.)

1 cup raw spinach leaves

1 of 2 Tbsp. Stevia or Splenda (To Taste)


Much lower in sugar than most protein shakes, this one has the taste of pear with the nutrients from a whole cup of spinach. You can cut this shake in half, store it in the refrigerator and enjoy one today and another tomorrow.

Just make sure to cover it when you store it and stir before drinking.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix, about 1 minute.

Yield: 1 Serving
