Ingredients


1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped

1/2 a small jalapeno, seeded and chopped

2/3 cup pineapple chunks with juice
(We used Libby's Skinny Fruits Chunk Pineapple with less sugar.)

3 Tbsp. protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla.)

3 ice cubes

1/4 cup water

1 Tbsp. sugar free imitation honey
(We used Honey Tree's Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)


1. Chop the basil, mint and jalapeno. Put all the ingredients (except honey) in a blender and mix for about 1 minute. Then add the honey and mix another 30 seconds, until thoroughly combined.

2. Drink up.
