Ingredients


2 tsp. instant coffee

1 Tbsp. Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Vanilla.)

1/3 cup fat free milk, cold

1/4 cup almond milk
(We used Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk.)

OR

1/4 cup water, cold

2 ice cubes


1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix, about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until thoroughly combined.
