Ingredients


1 cup fat free milk

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor.)

1/2 a medium apple, sliced into chunks, with seeds removed

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

2 tsp. Splenda

1/3 cup light apple juice
(We used Mott's Plus Light.)

4 large ice cubes


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until apple is completely mashed and serve.

Yield: 2 Servings - About 1 3/4 Cups per Serving
