Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fat-free half & half

1 (12-ounce) can evaporated fat-free milk

3/4 cup egg substitute
(We used Egg Beaters.)

5 Tbsp. Splenda no calorie sweetener
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

1/2 Tbsp. brandy extract

1 tsp. nutmeg, ground

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

Optional

2 scoops (2/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor.)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix. Only add optional protein powder if you're trying to take in more calories and protein.

2. Pour into three glasses and serve.

3. To store the extra, cover with plastic wrap. The covered glass will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. (Because the blending adds air and increases the volume, it measures slightly more per serving if you pour it into a serving glass right away versus letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight.)

Yield: 3 Servings - Approximately 1 1/3 Cups Each Serving After Blending
