Ingredients


2 cups fat free milk

OR

2 cups fat free LOW CARB milk
(We used Hood Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage - Fat Free and 75% less sugar.)

1/2 a 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin
(Not pumpkin pie mix, just pure pumpkin.)

1/4 tsp. crystal light orange

1/2 tsp. nutmeg, ground

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

1 tsp. imitation butter flavor extract

1 scoop (1/3 cup) vanilla protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor.)

1/4 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)


1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix.

2. Once blended, divide into 2 servings.

Yield: 2 Servings - Approximately 1.5 Cups Each
