Ingredients


2 slices of lower calorie, 100% whole wheat bread
(We used Dave's Killer Bread 70 Calories Per Slice Thin Sliced Good Seed.)

1 serving (1 oz. or about 2 Tbsp.) cornbread stuffing

1 1/2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce

2 oz. turkey breast, cooked and sliced

This recipe is higher in sodium. If you are on a low sodium diet, you should consider another option.

1. Toast the bread. Heat the stuffing in a microwave for approximately 1 minute.

2. Spread half the cranberry sauce on one slice and half on the other one.

3. Start layering the ingredients. Put half the turkey on top of one slice of bread. Sprinkle half the stuffing on that. Then layer the remaining turkey, the stuffing and finally top with the remaining slice of bread.

Yield: 1 Serving
