Ingredients


2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
(We used Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat.)

2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce

3 oz. roasted turkey breast, without skin
(That's about 1/2 a cup of turkey.)

1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise


Mix and match holiday leftovers for a special lunch treat.

1. Toast the bread. Then spread the cranberry over one slice. Top that with the turkey.

2. Spread the mayonnaise over the top slice of bread and cover the sandwich.

Yield: 1 Serving
