Ingredients


1/4 cup lowfat (1% fat) buttermilk

2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, diced

3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. canola oil

1/2 tsp. splenda

1/4 tsp. ground mustard

1/8 tsp. celery salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground

1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved

2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced

Light, chilled, sweet and tangy tasting. Serve this salad up at your next summer picnic. Triple it and bring it to a potluck for a dish that people will rave about.

1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT tomatoes and chives in a small bowl. Whisk together, cover and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

2. When ready to serve, arrange tomatoes in a serving bowl and drizzle with the buttermilk vinaigrette. Sprinkle with the chives and serve.
