Ingredients


1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 cup water
(For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.)

3/4 cup uncooked brown or jasmine rice

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. pepper

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (Average weight is 4 oz. raw per chicken breast.)

2 tomatoes


1. In 2 quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken and sliced tomatoes on rice mixture.

2. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. COVER.

3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.

Yield: 4 Servings
