Ingredients


2 lbs. extra lean beef tips

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

4 cups uncooked egg noodles

1/2 cup fat free sour cream

2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup


It is recommended you add a vegetable to the Beef Noodle Casserole above to balance the meal.

1. Cut beef tips into bite sized pieces and lightly brown them with garlic sprinkled over.

2. While meat is browning, prepare egg yolk noodles according to package directions.

3. Mix beef, noodles, fat free sour cream and 2 cans mushroom soup. Pour the entire mixture into a 9 inch baking pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until tips of noodles are just turning brown.

Yield: 6 Servings
