Ingredients


1/2 cup cold fat free milk

3/4 cup cold diet root beer

1/8 tsp. root beer concentrate

1 package (1 oz.) Sugar Free - Fat Free Vanilla Jell-O

1 carton (8 oz.) fat free whipped topping, thawed and divided
(We used Kraft Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping.)

9 inch reduced fat graham crust
(We used Keebler Ready Crust.)

16 Tbsp. fat free whipped cream spray

8 maraschino cherries


If you remove the cherries, you can take 2 grams of sugar and 11 calories from each serving.

1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the milk, root beer, and root beer concentrate while slowly pouring in the pudding mix. After two minutes of whisking, fold in half of the whipped topping.

2. Pour the pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust. Then spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pudding mixture. Put it in the refrigerator and let set for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

3. 45 minutes before serving, put the pie in the freezer so it sets up firmer for easier cutting. Then spray a ring of whipped cream around the edge for decoration while adding a cherry to each slice. Cut, serve and enjoy.
