Ingredients


1 package (.3 oz.) Sugar Free Jell-O Strawberry

1/3 cup cup light (reduced sugar) cranberry juice

3/4 cup (6 oz.) plain greek yogurt

3 cups (16 oz.) fresh strawberries, chopped

1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)
(We used Nabisco's Honey Maid Grahams Pie Crust because it has no Trans Fat.)

8 Tbsp. fat-free whipped topping

12 blackberries


This recipe is higher in fat. If you are trying to reduce the fat in your diet you should consider a lower fat graham crust.

1. Mix the strawberry Jell-O and cranberry juice in a microwave safe bowl. Let it stand for 1 minute, then microwave it on high for 45 seconds. Stir and pour into a blender.

2. Add the yogurt and strawberries, cover and mix until blended. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for 3-5 hours until it's set. Serve with whipped topping and blackberries for a garnish.

Yield: 6 Servings
