Ingredients


1/2 cup sugar free honey
(We Used Honey Tree Sugar Free Imitation Honey that we ordered from Amazon.com.)

1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
(We used Jiff Creamy Low-Fat Peanut Butter.)

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder

4 cups Jumbo Multi-Grain Krispies

OR

4 cups Puffed Wheat
(We used Quaker Puffed Wheat for lower sugar.)


1. Heat a non-stick sauce pan over medium heat. Then pour the honey, peanut butter and dry milk into the saucepan and stir together until blended.

2. Put the Multi-grain Krispies OR Puffed Wheat into a large mixing bowl. Pour the honey mixture over the top and stir them together until they're thoroughly coated. Spoon the mixture into an 8x8 pan, flatten it out and put in the refrigerator.

3. After about 1 hour the bars will be set. Cut them into 8 servings and enjoy.

Yield: 8 Servings
