Ingredients


3 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat
(We used Post Cream of Wheat 2 1/2 Minute Cook Time.)

dash of salt
(Optional - subtract 144 mg of sodium if you don't use.)

1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground

1 Tbsp. Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

3/4 cup water

1 Tbsp. crunchy cereal that's higher fiber and lower sugar
(We used Post Grape-Nuts.)

Optional

15 blueberries


The fruit is optional in this recipe but it adds a nice dose of natural antioxidants.

1. Put the Cream of Wheat, cinnamon, salt and Splenda in a bowl and whisk together. Then mix together with the water.

2. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir again with whisk, removing the lumps. Then cook another 15 to 30 seconds. Whisk together again.

3. Sprinkle the Grape-Nuts over the top and add blueberries. Enjoy!
