Ingredients


1 whole wheat bagel

2 Tbsp. low fat cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped apple

1 miniature box (.5 oz.) raisins

1 tsp. Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg


1. Preheat oven to broil. Cut the bagel in half and put 1 Tbsp. of low fat cream cheese on each half.

2. Core an apple and chop up half a cup worth. Spread the apple and raisins evenly between the bagel halves.

3. Mix the Splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Divide it in half and sprinkle half on one bagel slice, half on the other.

4. Put the bagel halves on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake them for approximately 4 minutes.

5. After 4 minutes take the bagel halves out of the oven and serve.

Yield: 2 Servings
