Ingredients


Strawberry Cream Oatmeal

2/3 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup instant oatmeal
(We used Quaker Instant)

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. fat free half & half

1 or 2 packets Splenda

Blueberry Cream Oatmeal

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup instant oatmeal
(We used Quaker Instant)

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. fat free half & half

1 or 2 packets Splenda

Peaches and Cream Oatmeal

3/4 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup instant oatmeal
(We used Quaker Instant)

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. fat free half & half

1 or 2 packets Splenda


1.Take the frozen fruit of your choice and heat/defrost it in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl pour in the oatmeal and water then microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Combine the fruit and oatmeal.

3. Add the fat free half & half and Splenda sweetener to taste.

Yield: 1 Serving
