Ingredients
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
(We used a no salt added version.)
1 cup Pico de Gallo
4 oz. baked potato chips
(We used baked Lays.)
This appetizer is higher in sodium, but remember it's a snack, not a meal.
1. Combine the Pico de Gallo and cottage cheese. Heat them in microwave until the cottage cheese is melted. (Approximately 2-4 minutes.)
2. Serve the chips and salsa for a high protein low fat snack.
